PATIENT NOTICE
Please note that due to a major upgrade to the computer system on Thursday 7 February the Practice will be operating a reduced service to patients on this day.
We envisage that the computer system will be operational on Friday 8 February and we will do everything we can to ensure minimum disruption.
Please can we request REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS be ordered prior to this upgrade.
Please accept our aplolgies for any inconvenience caused.
