Our team of reception staff will assist you in making routine appointments to see your doctor, ensure that requests for emergency appointments are appropriately handled, process repeat prescription requests and offer help and assistance at all times. The receptionists are fully trained and have a challenging job to do. Your patience is appreciated.

To assist them, please let them know when you change your address, name or telephone number. The workload of our secretarial and administrative staff includes helping with the administrative tasks in the practice, typing referral letters to hospitals, processing insurance reports, producing practice documentation, administering screening systems (ie cervical smears, diabetic clinics etc) and entering medical information onto the computer system. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.
